Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Goshen Speech & Hearing Center is seeking motivated candidates to join our multidisciplinary clinical team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults ages 2-21, primarily those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
RBTs work directly with patients in a one-on-one, office-based setting, implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting skill development under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals ages 2-21
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by the BCBA
  • Teach and reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Support the development of independence and positive behaviors
  • Collect and record behavioral and session data accurately
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and other clinical team members
  • Participate in training and supervision sessions
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with ABA guidelines
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, or
  • Prior experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Interest in working with children and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment
