Position Overview
We seek a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team full-time. This is a salaried position. If you're looking for a career where you can make a lasting difference, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by BCBAs to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Provide 1-on-1 support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings.
  • Collect and accurately document data on client progress and behavior during each session.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust and refine interventions based on data and client needs.
  • Support and train families or caregivers to understand and reinforce behavior techniques.
  • Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to encourage skill development.
  • Maintain professional communication with BCBAs, families, and other care team members.
  • Ensure a safe environment by implementing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • College Degree Required
  • At least one year of experience working as an RBT.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients, families, and team members.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between service locations (if needed).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
