Job description

Description:

Join ExcelHealth Group and help make quality dental and ancillary care easier to access for seniors and vulnerable communities. We are looking for a compassionate, professional Enrollment Support Specialist who is energized by meaningful work, relationship-building, and helping people understand their care options.

In this field-based role, you will travel to nursing homes throughout the state to support enrollment in our Senior Comprehensive Insurance Program. You will also conduct enrollment calls when not traveling, helping participants and facility teams navigate the process with patience, clarity, and respect.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. The right candidate is a thoughtful communicator who listens first, represents the company with professionalism, and builds trust through strong interpersonal skills. If you are motivated by purpose, enjoy being out in the field, and can create a positive experience for every person you meet, this role may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

· Travel to nursing home facilities throughout the state to conduct enrollment support and in-service activities.

· Educate participants, families, and facility staff on the enrollment process in a clear, respectful, and service-focused manner.

· Conduct enrollment calls from a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace when not in the field.

· Represent ExcelHealth Group professionally while helping maintain and grow trusted facility relationships.

· Use empathy, patience, and strong listening skills to support participants through important decisions.

What We’re Looking For

· Active and verifiable health insurance producer license in the state.

· Professional, well-spoken communicator with strong listening skills.

· Comfortable traveling regularly, including possible overnight stays.

· Reliable personal transportation and the ability to work independently in the field.

· Quiet remote workspace with reliable internet for enrollment calls.

· Compassionate, patient approach and a commitment to ethical, no-pressure communication.

Work location: Remote and field-based. When not traveling, team members conduct enrollment calls from a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet.

Travel: Regular statewide travel to nursing home facilities is required as instructed. Reliable personal transportation is required, and overnight stays may be needed.

Licensing: Active and verifiable health insurance producer license within the state is required.

Benefits and Support

· Paid time off and paid holidays

· Basic vehicle maintenance support

· Company-issued cellphone and laptop

· Company credit card for fuel in lieu of mileage and eligible overnight travel expenses

· Continuing education support related to license maintenance
