Job description

The Automotive Internet Sales Representative is responsible for handling online inquiries, engaging with potential customers through digital channels, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive products, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to online leads via email, phone, and text to schedule test drives and showroom visits.
  • Maintain an active online presence, updating vehicle listings and engaging with potential buyers through social media and dealership websites.
  • Guide customers through the car-buying process, providing information on pricing, financing, and vehicle features.
  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and encourage repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and new vehicle models.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 Years Previous experience in automotive sales or internet sales preferred. (Required)
  • Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, phone, and social media).
  • Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and dealership operations.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with online customers.
