What we are looking for:

We are seeking an Automation Developer in the End User Productivity team with strong knowledge in enterprise Unified Communication and Collaboration experiences. This role includes developer capabilities to extend, automate, and optimize our enterprise collaboration and voice ecosystem. This role partners closely with Unified Communications engineers to create solutions that improve user experience, streamline operations, and integrate cloud services across Microsoft, AWS, and internal platforms.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and develop automation and API integrations across systems like Microsoft Teams, M365, Microsoft Graph, CoPilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure, Graph API, CoPilot Agents, AAWS, Service Now and other internal systems

  • Develop scripts and tools for provisioning, monitoring, and reporting (PowerShell, Python, Node.js, etc.)

  • Create dashboards, insights, and automated data pipelines using Power BI and relevant APIs

  • Partner with UC engineers on voice, meetings, and collaboration to enhance both front-end and back-end experiences

  • Build and maintain conversational AI or bot solutions via Bedrock, Copilot, and Azure bot frameworks

  • Participate in architectural design for new UC features and automation frameworks

  • Support incident response by creating tools that improve diagnostics, visibility, and reduce resolution time

  • Maintain documentation for automations, integrations, and API-based services

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience developing on AWS services: Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock

  • 2+ years of experience creating workflows with Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar

  • 2+ years of scripting/programming in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript

  • Understanding of cloud architecture patterns, identity, and security principles

Added bonusif you have

  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Graph API, Teams Admin Center, and Teams voice principles

  • Experience withCI/CD pipelinesandDevOps practices.

  • Familiarity withsecurity best practicesin application development.

  • Experience with Azure Functions, Azure AI, or SharePoint integration

  • Exposure to contact center engineering
