SALES CONSULTANT - AUTOMOTIVE
Toyota of Irving is a family-owned dealership and the first ever Toyota Dealership located in the heart of the DFW Metroplex! We are looking for highly qualified candidates to join our exceptional Toyota of Irving family. This is Your Store!!!
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Working with Sales Managers for proper vehicle selection
  • Professional and knowledgeable vehicle test drive and purchase option presentation.
  • Work directly with our team and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Maintain a high level of customer service scores and online reviews.

Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the business environment.
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, and / or hospitality industry preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Demands
The physical demands include but are not limited to walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time. Working in the varying weather elements will occur.
