Toyota Warranty Administrator - Dover, DE
i.g. Burton Toyota of Dover is searching for an experienced Warranty Administrator who is motivated to excel and serious about a career in the automotive industry. If you have automotive experience and are passionate about customer service, this opportunity is for you! This is a challenging position which requires the ability to multi-task at a fast pace, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Process warranty claims and paperwork in a timely manner for each manufacturer
  • Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and post on computer
  • Handle rejected claims according to dealership or manufacturer specifications and follow up on outstanding claims
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge for all Toyota and related manufacturer warranty coverage, campaigns, TSB's, and product concerns.
  • Answer phones and greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Act as backup to Service Advisor as needed.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications / Experience
2 to 4 years of related experience. Current or former technicians are encouraged to apply. You must have exceptional communication, computer and typing skills. Familiarity with Excel and Word is preferred.
