Role Overview

Entegra Procurement Services provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries includingseniors, healthcare, education, government, faith based, leisure, hotels, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and innovative products and services.

We are currently searching for aSales Development Representative. This role blends inbound Sales Development with Sales Operations support to help drive pipeline growth while maintaining strong data integrity and operational excellence. The position is responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads, supporting the creation of discovery meetings, and upholding high standards of CRM accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional alignment.

Working closely with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, this role ensures consistent lead flow, reliable Salesforce data, and smooth, efficient sales execution.

This is a remote opportunity with candidate residing in one of the following locations,

Mid-Atlantic: Atlanta (GA); Maryland; Washington, DC; Virginia.

Northeast: New York (NY); New Jersey (NJ); Pennsylvania (PA); Delaware (DE).

Midwest: Chicago (IL); Indianapolis (IN).

What You'll Do

Sales Development Responsibilities (50%)

  • Manage inbound lead dashboard and process warm leads
  • Handle Contact Us form submissions andappropriate routing

  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings

  • Partner with Field Sales to nurture qualified opportunities

  • MaintainSalesforce records related to inbound activity

Sales Operations Responsibilities (50%)

  • PerformregularSalesforce lead and opportunity hygiene

  • SupportSalesforceopportunity stage validation and clean-up

  • Perform regular data entryin Salesforce to ensureaccuraterecords.

  • Processdata enrichment requests

  • Submitaccount managementupdates to Financeas needed
