What does a full time tennis professional do?

A typical day in a Full Time Tennis role often involves a mix of on-court training sessions, fitness conditioning, strategy meetings, and sometimes match play or coaching responsibilities. For coaches, days include planning and leading group or individual lessons, maintaining equipment, and providing feedback to players. The structure varies by employer—whether a club, academy, or private setting—but the environment is usually fast-paced and collaborative, requiring dedication and flexibility. This variety makes each day unique and supports both individual skill development and the overall goals of the tennis program.
