This involves showcasing their skills through tournaments, maintaining strong academic records, and reaching out to college coaches. The process is highly competitive and requires ongoing communication, video highlights, and sometimes attending recruiting showcases. Full time recruiting may also include working with recruitment agencies or advisors to maximize scholarship opportunities and find the best college fit. It is important for prospective student-athletes to understand NCAA rules and deadlines during this process.
