Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scoping, and milestone definition to ensure timely delivery.

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Track progress using dashboards and pipelines to highlight potential risks and opportunities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks align with objectives and KPIs.

  • Communicate status, risks, and escalation points to stakeholders regularly.

  • Drive risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

  • Ensure quality standards and acceptance criteria are defined and met for deliverables.

  • Foster a results-driven culture by aligning efforts with measurable targets and pipelines.

  • Facilitate daily standups and ensure accountability for individual contributions.

  • Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and measurement accuracy.

  • Support learning and development by sharing best practices and lessons learned.

  • Escalate blockers promptly and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven project planning, scoping, and milestone definition experience.

  • Strong expertise in creating and managing budgets and resource allocation.

  • Effective stakeholder communication including status, risks, and escalations.

  • Advanced risk management: identification, assessment, mitigation planning.

  • Experience tracking progress with dashboards and pipelines for risk signals.

  • Cross-functional coordination with clear KPI alignment and ownership.

  • Define and verify quality standards and acceptance criteria for deliverables.

  • Drive results via measurable targets and pipeline-driven prioritization.

  • Escalate blockers promptly and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Facilitate daily standups and maintain accountability for team contributions.

  • Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and measurement accuracy.
