Job description

Job Description Telecommunications Project Manager Hybrid (3-4 days onsite) East Hanover, NJ Perm Role The Telecommunications Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications and network infrastructure projects. This includes scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and project closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors and subcontractors, and ensure projects consistently meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project documentation, tracking progress, communicating status updates to stakeholders, and resolving issues that impact timelines or deliverables. You will work closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to successfully implement advanced network and mobile communication solutions. Required Qualifications Strong project and program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives Solid project planning experience including scheduling, budgeting, resource forecasting, and risk mitigation Telecommunications expertise with hands-on experience in network infrastructure, fiber optics, structured cabling, and related technologies Relevant experience managing technical projects in telecommunications, networking, or security systems environments Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (MS Project, Excel, Gantt charts, PMI or similar framework) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and quality Effective written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management and vendor coordination Ability to work on-site, lead cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving technologies and client needs Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications Data center project experience Experience managing fiber network or Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) builds What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Medical and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding, 100% employee-owned organization.
