Join Our Team at RLM Underground
RLM Underground is looking for a driven and experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering and construction initiatives. This role is a pivotal link between field crews, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee telecom construction projects to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
  • Lead the project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, program management, operations, and field construction
  • Promote a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct project meetings, reviews, and progress updates
  • Track project milestones and report on schedule status
  • Identify and mitigate risks such as delays, scope gaps, and material or labor shortages
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, municipalities, KDOT, and others


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in telecommunications and utility construction is required
  • Deep understanding of telecom construction technologies
  • Proven ability in risk assessment and mitigation
