Shift: 11:00 AM โ€“ 9:00 PMย

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our healthcare team in San Angelo, TX. This full-time, permanent position offers a consistent day shift schedule with guaranteed hours. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure patient comfort and safety, and collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and department protocols.
  • Position patients properly to ensure optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
  • Operate and maintain X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Certification:
    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
    • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography.
    • Valid state license to practice (Texas MRT โ€“ Medical Radiologic Technologist License).
    • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Tech.
