Are you passionate about the culinary arts? Whether you're an experienced Line Cook, Breakfast Cook, Grill Cook, Sauté Cook, Pantry Cook, or an up-and-coming culinary professional looking to grow your skills, we invite you to join our dynamic team.

We are hiring for multiple cook positions across morning and evening shifts. These roles report directly to our Sous Chef and Executive Chef and offer the opportunity to contribute to exceptional dining experiences in a high-volume, private club environment.

Your Recipe for Success (Key Responsibilities):

  • Execute recipes according to Chef and Sous Chef specifications.
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Work across various stations including Grill, Fry, Sauté, Pantry, and Breakfast as needed.
  • Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of kitchen equipment.
  • Support banquet and special event production.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):

  • A strong work ethic and passion for culinary excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Flexibility to work various stations and shifts.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Prior culinary experience preferred (private club or high-volume experience a plus).

Minimum Ingredients (Requirements):

  • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Florida.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment).
  • Previous cook or kitchen experience required (experience level determines position and pay rate).
  • Knowledge of grill, fry, sauté, pantry, or breakfast operations preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Evening Shift
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
1:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Morning Shift
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday: 5:00 am – 2:00 pm

Daytime Pool Shift
Tues - Sun: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

Additional morning and event shifts available.
