Our experienced team is dedicated to building lasting partnerships based on professional integrity and sound engineering principles. TriVector's Experience and exceptional Performance adds measurable Value to every project. TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Senior Systems Engineer position.
This position directly supports the Missile Defense Agency staff in the office of Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Systems Engineering. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct support for algorithm development, leading tasking for analysis of sensor resource management and battle management.
  • Support systems and software engineering, presentation of status updates, technical analysis, and failure reviews.
  • Support programmatic decisions with technical analysis by providing courses of action and actionable recommendations.
  • Plan, support, facilitate and execute various systems engineering design & technical reviews requiring input on behalf of the government Program Office.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Candidate must have 12+ years of applicable experience.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • A Master's Degree in STEM is required.
  • Must have experience supporting and/or leading a collaborative team (dispersed team of Government, Contractors, Prime Developers) .
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Documented systems engineering proficiency in aerospace industry, missile defense is preferred.
