Thompson Engineering has a full-time opportunity for a Survey Rodman. The Surveyor Rodman provides support to the Surveyor Party Chief in the daily responsibilities of the land surveying department. This position is responsible for collecting survey data using designated survey equipment. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel and support project needs.Duties:Operates total station, digital and automatic level, Topcon data collector, TDS software.Collect data for field level notes which is reported to the Surveyor Party Chief.Assist in loading and unloading survey equipment from the company vehicle.Ability to travel and stay overnight based on the workload of the Survey Department.Conduct all work activities in compliance with Thompson Holdings, Inc.
