Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
  • Strip, wax, and buff floors on a scheduled routine basis and as needed for unexpected occurrences
  • Move furniture, equipment, and assist residents with moving needs as assigned
  • Assist with grounds care as necessary, such as weeding in the summer or snow removal in the winter
  • Consistently work cooperatively with residents, co-workers, physicians, families, consultant personnel and other ancillary service providers
