MINISTRY PURPOSE:
To build a foundation on the Word of God in the children of Bayside. We accomplish this through a Bible driven curriculum, excellent weekend experiences, and relationships built through small groups.

REPORTS TO: Kids Campus Director
THIS POSITION SERVES: Lakewood Ranch
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Duties
- Manage weekly volunteer schedule and all workflows assigned Volunteers
- Recruit amp; train Coaches/Team Leaders, Room Leaders, and Small Group Leaders (Team Members)
- Lead and build relationships with Coaches/Team Leaders, Room Leaders, and Small Group Leaders
Weekend Services
- Implement overall program in collaboration with Central Support
- Facilitate weekend operation
- Ensure physical environment meets BCC’s standards
- Foster a positive relationship with parents. Maintain an atmosphere of open communication.
- Manage childcare for all Campus Events
JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning Center
- Champion the Planning Center system throughout the department
Events
- Assist in the execution of Summer Camps, Parent Child Dedication, and other Bayside Global Events.
- Attend all staff meetings once a month
- Attend Staff Training Classes once a month
- Attend monthly Bayside Kids Central Support meeting
- Adequate pool of trained volunteers that meet weekend ratios
- Safe, clean, engaging weekly environment that meets quality review standards
- Weekly status reports
