BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM -Data Visualization & Reporting Analyst to work in the Middletown, PA area.  This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and possibly 3 days remote.  
As an SAP BRIM-Data Visualization & Reporting Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions leveraging SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and SAP S/4HANA data. This role ensures accurate, actionable insights for high-volume subscription, usage, and billing processes. The analyst collaborates with data engineers, business analysts, and SMEs to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant reporting aligned with SAP best practices.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Dashboard & Report Development 
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4HANA, and other visualization tools. 
  • Develop KPIs and metrics for subscription management, invoicing, and revenue performance. 
  • Ensure visualizations meet usability standards and business requirements. 
  • Data Modeling & Integration 
  • Work with data engineers to design semantic layers and data models for reporting. 
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity across SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and external sources. 
  • Optimize queries and data flows for performance and scalability. 
  • Analytics & Insights 
  • Provide actionable insights through trend analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection. 
  • Support business decision-making with clear, data-driven recommendations. 
  • Compliance & Security 
  • Ensure reporting processes comply with PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security standards. 
  • Apply role-based access and secure handling of sensitive data. 
  • Collaboration & Documentation 
  • Document report specifications, data mappings, and visualization standards using Commission templates. 
  • Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to align reporting outputs with functional requirements. 

Qualifications: 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • Experience:   3+ years in data visualization and reporting within SAP environments. 
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, and SAP BRIM data structures. 

Skills:  
  • Proficiency in dashboard design, KPI development, and data storytelling. 
  • Strong SQL and familiarity with SAP BTP for event-driven data processing.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills. 

Preferred Skills:
  • SAP BRIM certifications (BR235/240/245/416). 
  • Experience with utilities or transportation industry data models.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies and tools like ADO/JIRA.
  •  Knowledge of predictive analytics and advanced visualization techniques.
