Description
  • Sell Deseret Book products and services in a retail store environment

  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Oversee retail store operations such as cashiering, gift wrapping, merchandise presentation, shipping/receiving, store recovery, etc

  • Supervise, train, and motivate store associates

  • Give assignments and follow up to ensure timely completion

  • Perform store opening and closing assignments

Required Skills
  • Ability to interact with customers in-person and over the phone on a day-to-day basis is an essential function of this position

  • Knowledge of Deseret Book products, policies, and procedures preferred

  • Ability to coach and lead store associates
