  • Executes recruiting and talent outreach events, initiatives and programs within assigned talent segments and businesses, aligned with business objectives and talent priorities.
  • Supports business leaders, and recruiting partners in fulfilling objectives to attract, hire and retain underrepresented talent at all levels. This may include all activities of the recruiting cycle (sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc.) as assigned.
  • Identifies, develops and manages the relationships with internal and external partners/organizations that expand PNC's outreach into new communities of talent, develop the future workforce, increase access to underrepresented talent pools and the advance the recognition of PNC's employment brand and employer value proposition.
  • Responsible for organization, planning and execution of key talent outreach events and programs. Serves as primary liaison for prospective candidates in partnership with recruiting and sourcing teams. Uses various technologies to manage talent pipelines.
  • Uses metrics and analytics to demonstrate effectiveness of programs, partnerships and outreach initiatives.
