  • Document treatment progress and clinical notes in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Employ evidence-based screening tools to inform therapy sessions and enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.

  • Engage in professional development through conferences, workshops, and meetings while representing the agency in the broader community.
  • Advocate for the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all professional interactions and community initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse client population comprised of individuals seeking emotional health supportโ€”including those recovering from substance use, facing developmental disabilities, and those living with acquired brain injuries. By employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will empower clients to achieve their personal goals while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions based on professional expertise and knowledge.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with digital counseling tools.
  • Prior work with diverse populations or specific experience in substance use recovery and developmental disabilities.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with community organizations and service systems.
