Position Summary

Job Description Summary
This position is for an Implant Engineer that will support equipment and process capabilities of ion implantation OR rapid thermal processing (RTP) equipment. In this job, you will be a part of a team that focuses on maintaining basic condition and stable processing of state-of-the-art equipment while driving improvements related to quality, efficiency, defect reduction, and cost of ownership. We prioritize safety, learning, and having fun while maintaining world-class operations 24/7.

Here's what you'll need:

• BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study

• 2+ years of semi-conductor experience highly desired with knowledge of Implant or Anneal processes and equipment preferred.

• Experience with 300mm tools (AMAT VIISta, NISSIN, AMAT Centura, VeecoLSA101, Mattson Millios)

• Strong analytical & problemsolving ability.

• Mechanical aptitude (highly desired).

• Knowledge of Lean & TPM.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

• Excellent verbal & written communication.

• Collaborative mindset; ability to network for solutions.

• Willingness to try new things knowing that failure is just a learning opportunity

• Desire to do good for the company and in the community

• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 high volume manufacturing environment.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.Day Shifts Include:A Shift - Sunday through Tuesday (6:45am - 7:15pm) with alternating WednesdaysC Shift - Thursday through Saturday (6:45am - 7:15pm) with alternating WednesdaysNight Shifts Include:B Shift - Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating SaturdaysD Shift - Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays
