This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Creative Designer based in Netherlands.
Join a creative team focused on shaping the future of digital content through the combination of design expertise and artificial intelligence. This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to create visually engaging content across branding, social media, marketing campaigns, and AI-powered video production. Working in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment, you will transform creative concepts into polished visual experiences while exploring emerging AI tools and workflows. The position is ideal for a designer who thrives on experimentation, values strong visual storytelling, and enjoys contributing fresh ideas that make a lasting impact across digital channels.
Accountabilities
- Design engaging visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, branding initiatives, and other marketing materials.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video content for brand storytelling, promotional campaigns, product showcases, and experimental creative projects.
- Develop layouts, templates, design systems, and visual components using Figma and other professional design tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, strategy, and content specialists to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Explore, test, and refine AI tools, prompts, and creative workflows to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts, moodboards, storyboards, animations, and campaign-ready assets.
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints while continuously introducing innovative and engaging design ideas.
- Proven experience in graphic design with strong knowledge of typography, composition, branding, color theory, and digital-first design principles.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation and AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, templates, collaborative workflows, and interface layouts.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, or branded online channels.
- A portfolio demonstrating both traditional graphic design work and AI-generated or AI-assisted creative projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative remote team while managing priorities independently.
- Curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and a passion for exploring emerging design technologies and visual trends.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, video editing, storyboarding, or content planning is considered an advantage.
