The successful candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Alexandria, Virginia. • Deliver outstanding customer service, contributing to a positive departmental environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction.

Our primary focus is on individuals recovering from sports injuries, work-related injuries, and surgical procedures that impact mobility and daily activity. Our diverse patient base ranges from amateur athletes to weekend warriors and active seniors. You will be responsible for tailoring treatment plans that accommodate the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they achieve their personal rehabilitation goals effectively.

• Possession of a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or its equivalent.
• A current and valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification at the time of hire is mandatory.
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Demonstrable teamwork orientation and the capacity to collaborate well with colleagues across various disciplines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• While two years of relevant experience is required, those with specialties in sports rehabilitation or related areas are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in developing and implementing rehabilitation programs that incorporate contemporary treatment modalities is a plus.
