AVIR AT MINEOLA, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, wound care, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK. We believe in the power of in-house therapy, giving our patients and residents moments of joy each day, in developing and empowering our leaders and in sharing a fierce commitment to quality of care.
