Basic Description:
The Graphic Designer will work within the established Flat Branch Home Loans brand to create, update, and maintain a wide variety of print and digital marketing materials, including but not limited to fliers, infographics, post cards, brochures, print ads, yard signs, logos, business cards, promotional items, banners, booklets, and social media graphics.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates within driving distance of our Springfield, MO office location will be considered.
Responsibilities:
  • Design print and digital marketing materials that consistently reflect established Flat Branch Home Loans brand standards.
  • Effectively manage a diverse workload of print and digital design projects, balancing priorities and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Develop thoughtful design solutions that balance creativity, brand standards, and client needs.
  • Review and proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards and compliance guidelines before final delivery.
  • Work directly with Loan Officers and other internal clients to understand project goals, communicate expectations, and build positive working relationships across the organization
  • Maintain open communication throughout the entire process with marketing team members and leads
  • Continuously improve technical and design skills while staying informed on best practices and design trends
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and use emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools, to improve efficiency and support the development of marketing materials.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting department initiatives and assisting teammates as needed

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a graphic design-oriented position or marketing field
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals
