• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs.

As a Telehealth LPC at Forefront, you will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment-related disorders. You will foster a safe space for exploration and healing, encouraging clients to develop coping strategies and improve their mental wellness. Our culturally diverse client base requires practitioners who are sensitive to various backgrounds and capable of providing personalized approaches to therapy.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
• Demonstrated experience in counseling or mental health services, with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A commitment to delivering culturally competent care and understanding of the socio-economic factors affecting client wellness.

• Experience in a remote counseling setting or familiarity with teletherapy tools.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 per year, reflecting qualifications and experience.
