Responsibilities
  • Install blinds, shutters, and window treatments in residential and commercial settings
  • Use power tools and technical equipment safely and effectively
  • Perform light warehouse duties including product assembly and prep
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges with creative problem-solving
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high standards
