Job description

Hurricane Shutter Installer

Do you have construction experience? We want you to join our winning team, High Velocity-Category 5, the industry leader in hurricane protection. In this role you will be responsible for the installation and proper operation on a variety of hurricane protection solutions including accordion shutters, rolling shutters, roller screens and awnings.
We are looking for an experienced individual or to join our team and lead an install crew.  You can also join us as a 2-person crew if you already have an install partner.  Tremendous earning potential. We provide jobsite insurance, a service van with gasoline & insurance, and ladders for your use during normal business hours. You will provide your own hand tools, power tools etc..

In this role you will be required to:

· Install Hurricane Shutter Protection (motorized and manual rolling shutters, accordion shutters, hurricane screens, windows)

· Measure, cut, adjust secure tracks and shutters as required for proper operation

· Ensure Proper Operation of all installations

· Upon completion of installation, review the installation with the Customer to ensure they understand how to operate the shutters and are satisfied with the shutters and installation provided

· Occasionally troubleshoot, repair or replace our various hurricane protection solutions

· Lift, load and transport product as necessary

· Operate hand tools and hand power tools

· Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and report any maintenance issues

Qualifications:

· Must knowledge and experience of general construction and know how to operate general construction tools.

-High School diploma or GED

· Valid SAFE-DRIVER Florida driver’s license

-minimum OSHA 10 construction certification

· Must be able to lift shutter materials

· Must be able to operate on a ladder·

· Shutter installation & construction experience required

· Must speak English and be able to communicate with the customer while on site

Compensation Base:

$65K to $100K+ per crew member earning potential. Commission compensation program allows for tremendous upside potential. Why settle for an hourly rate, the better you are at installing, the more $ you will make! We provide Service Van/Ladders/Drill bits/Screws/shirts for Business Use Only. Must provide own hand/power tools.
