Budget Blinds of Sioux Falls is a locally family owned and operated window treatment company focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience from consultation to installation since 2009. We take great pride in our craftsmanship, professionalism, and team-first culture, and this is where our Installation Team shines!

If you like working with your hands and seeing the results of your work every day, read further and apply. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous finished carpentry experience, possesses excellent craftsmanship, and is committed to delivering high-quality results. If you are handy, have a positive spirit, and desire to provide a high-level customer service experience we want to hear from you!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $21-$25/hour (based on experience)

  • Health insurance contribution

  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match

  • Paid time off (PTO)

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (daytime hours)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery with precision and care

  • Prep each job by reviewing materials and plans ahead of time

  • Communicate confidently with customers on-site

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient with tools and working with your hands
