Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

It's a little different here at Rodizio Grill because we keep it simple with our Brazilian style service. We work as a team at Rodizio Grill.

This is one the easiest yet highly compensated server position you'll find. Rodizio Grill Servers don't have to sell food out of an extensive menu and deal with orders changes and singular plates and appetizers.


Our servers greet their tables, sell drinks and keep up on table maintenance while our gauchos/tableside meat carvers keep our guests happy with various grilled meats. When they're done, our servers take back over, sell desserts and finish up with our guests.


Servers will explain the options and focus on the guest experience by selling drinks, desserts and maintaining the tables. We take care of our guests!


We are all about building a team atmosphere. If you are a team player with a great attitude then being a server at Rodizio Grill might just be for you! We are setting up interviews right now for PT positions so apply now to be considered.
