  • Develop and manage strategies for data protection, backup, and disaster recovery across hosted and on-premises workloads.
  • Support risk mitigation activities, including continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and configuration management.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI and Machine Learning (AI/ML) services into cloud architectures to enhance automation, observability, and operational intelligence.
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Architects, Network Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers) to define cloud strategies, architecture, platforms, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to developers and IT staff on cloud-related issues and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and health; troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-efficiency, performance, and availability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for cloud security to protect sensitive data.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for cloud infrastructure, configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, applying best practices to continuously improve the cloud environment.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
