Position Overview
 
Stealth Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform with a focus on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, understand best practices for Apex and Flow development, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment. 
This is a Onsite Position, and candidates must be generally available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  
Key Responsibilities 
  • Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio tools 
  • Develop and configure OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to meet business needs 
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications 
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support 
  • Build and optimize custom solutions leveraging Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs 
  • Extend the Salesforce data model through the creation of custom objects, relationships, and metadata 
  • Create and maintain system documentation, unit tests, and reusable components 
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and Salesforce platform standards 
  • Support data migration and integration activities, including mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting 
  • Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines 
Required Certifications 
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I 
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant 
Required Qualifications 
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements 
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with demonstrated project success 
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security model 
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations 
  • Agile development experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools 
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed cross-functional team 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification 
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification 
  • Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions 
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes 
  • Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences 
  • Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients 
  • Willingness to maintain and earn new Salesforce certifications as needed
