Job description

Job Summary:
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is a leader in architectural glass and building products, contributing to various significant projects. They are seeking a full-time Salesforce Transformation Lead to oversee the enterprise CRM strategy, focusing on the migration to Salesforce and ensuring its ongoing optimization and user adoption.
Responsibilities:
• Own the long-term CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap with Salesforce as the system of record
• Lead the CRM transformation from legacy platforms to Salesforce, from inception through stabilization and optimization
• Ensure Salesforce capabilities align to business strategy, growth objectives, and customer experience goals
• Serve as the primary business and technology owner for Salesforce post-implementation
• Lead and deliver a large-scale Salesforce migration under an aggressive timeline
• Oversee all phases of delivery: discovery, design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to ensure successful and timely outcomes
• Ensure high data quality, security, scalability, and performance standards
• Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, IT, and external system integrators
• Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations teams
• Provide clear executive updates, outcome tracking, and decision support
• Build strong cross-functional governance and operating rhythms
• Lead enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategy for Salesforce
• Partner with training, enablement, and communications teams to drive user readiness
• Establish adoption metrics and continuous feedback mechanisms
• Act as a change champion, embedding standardized processes and Salesforce best practices
• Provide thought leadership on Salesforce architecture, product selection, and integration patterns
• Guide decisions across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc., as applicable)
• Ensure ongoing optimization, release management, and platform health post-go-live
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience leading CRM programs, digital transformations, or enterprise technology initiatives
• Extensive prior experience leading Salesforce implementations, preferably in complex or enterprise environments
• Proven track record delivering CRM transformations under tight timelines
• Strong experience in change management, process transformation, and user adoption
• Experience managing system integrators and external delivery partners
• Excellent executive communication, leadership presence, and decision-making skills
Preferred:
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or similar)
• Experience owning Salesforce as a long-term enterprise platform, not just a one-time implementation
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Experience operating in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations
