Overview

An advanced defense technology organization is seeking a Firmware Engineer to develop embedded software systems powering autonomous platforms.

This role focuses on low-level firmware development, embedded systems architecture, hardware/software integration, and real-time systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience developing production-quality firmware and enjoys working hands-on across electronics, sensors, actuators, and embedded platforms.

This is a high-impact engineering role where firmware moves from concept through prototype development and real-world deployment.


Key ResponsibilitiesEmbedded Firmware Development
  • Develop and maintain embedded firmware for STM32 microcontrollers.
  • Design and implement:
    • Low-level drivers
    • Hardware interfaces
    • Peripheral communications
    • Real-time embedded applications
  • Develop reliable firmware solutions for autonomous systems.

Hardware & Software Integration
  • Work at the intersection of:
    • Electronics

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software interactions.
  • Support debugging, testing, and system optimization.

Communication & Systems Development
  • Develop and integrate communication protocols including:

Required Qualifications

  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software interactions.
