Responsibilities

The Power Platform Enterprise Process Automation and Robotics team is seeking an experienced Technical Administrator – Power Platform & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to support the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and operational support of enterprise automation capabilities built on Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. This is an AWESOME opportunity to work on a team that enables secure, scalable, and well-governed automation services that simplify how we do business, drive efficiency, reduce expenses, and improve employee experience.

This role is focused on day-to-day platform operations, production support, governance execution, environment administration, lifecycle management, and support for automation runtime infrastructure. The team currently has a strong emphasis on Power Automate Desktop Flows / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and is expanding into broader automation capabilities across the Power Platform ecosystem. The team supports enterprise automation capabilities including:

  • Power Automate Desktop Flows / Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Power Automate Cloud Flows
  • Copilot Studio (Autonomous Agents / Computer Use Agents)
  • Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder

This is an operations-focused role suited for someone who enjoys platform administration, troubleshooting, supportability, governance, and continuous improvement in a large enterprise environment.

Some Responsibilities May Include:

  • Work closely with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, business partners, Microsoft support, and shared service/offshore support teams.
  • Support day-to-day administration, monitoring, maintenance, and operational health of Microsoft Power Platform and RPA capabilities.
  • Triage and resolve platform, environment, automation, and client software support issues; escalate to Microsoft or internal partners as appropriate.
  • Support Power Automate Desktop Flows / RPA operations, including Power Automate Desktop client updates, unattended automation runtime health, machine availability, and machine lifecycle coordination.
  • Assist with onboarding new groups to the platform, including environment setup, managed environment configuration, deployment pipeline setup, and sandbox maintenance.
  • Help manage platform capacity and resource utilization, including user and machine licenses, usage-based credits, storage, logs, and usage trends.
  • Support governance, security, and access administration, including roles, permissions, DLP policies, standard environment configuration, and compliance-related requests.
  • Support bot identity, credential, and certificate-related administrative processes used for unattended automation.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles; coordinate selected routine work with shared service/offshore support partners.
  • This role may provide after-hours support only in the event of a significant platform outage.

Qualifications

We Are Seeking Candidates With:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical administration and platform support, including client application support, infrastructure support, automation support, or a related technology operations role.
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform administration, including Power Automate and support of Power Platform environments or solutions.
  • Experience supporting production platforms or applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident triage, maintenance, and operational documentation.
  • Experience supporting automation solutions in production, including Power Automate, Desktop Flows / RPA, or comparable enterprise automation platforms.
  • Experience working with governance, security, access controls, policy enforcement, or compliance processes in an enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and operational ownership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Power Automate Desktop, unattended RPA, machine groups, bot execution environments, or automation runtime infrastructure.
  • Experience with Power Platform Admin Center, managed environments, deployment pipelines, DLP policies, Dataverse, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Computer Use Agents, or AI Builder.
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Key Vault, virtual networking concepts, or virtual machine operations
  • Experience with credential or certificate lifecycle support for application, service, or bot identities.
  • Experience identifying recurring operational issues and implementing repeatable support or process improvements.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications or equivalent hands-on experience.
