Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is seeking a full-time Roofing Project Manager / Foreman to lead residential and light commercial roofing projects throughout Berks County, PA and surrounding areas with precision, accountability, and efficiency. This full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45-55 hours/week.

As a Roofing Project Manager / Foreman, you are the on-site leader and primary point of contact throughout each project. You bring a steady, solutions-focused mindset while holding yourself and your team accountable to high standards. You proactively coordinate labor, materials, schedules, and jobsite operations to keep projects on time and within budget.
