Join Flambeau's Engineering Team!

We're looking for an innovative and motivated Automation Engineer to help drive automation solutions across our organization. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement advanced automation that supports and enhances our manufacturing processes. If you're passionate about robotics, automation technology, and continuous improvement, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Program Fanuc robotics (manual and offline programming)

Train technicians on robotics fundamentals

Manage projects-develop timelines, create flow charts, and coordinate team communication

Research and develop new technologies to improve production

Create CAD generated detailed fixture and end of arm tooling design models as required

Create dimensional part drawings as needed

Collaborate with Project Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and external partners

Support costing for new automation equipment

Travel to customer/vendor locations and other Flambeau facilities (up to 20%)

Stay current on new tooling, machinery, materials, and processing innovations

Perform other duties as assigned
