Join Our Skilled Nursing Team as a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN)

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2026."

Position Details
  • Schedule: Full-time, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (based on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential
Key Responsibilities

As an RN, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents, while actively embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your daily tasks may include:

  • Creating a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring participation in the residents’ daily life rhythm.
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Initiating and supervising care plans as necessary.
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid RN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
