Job description

RN Critical Care Float | Full-Time, Variable (0.90 FTE)
PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Critical Care Float RN to provide care across multiple high-acuity areas, including ICU, ED, CVU, and PACU. Pay: $45.78-$82.98/hour, DOE. Hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be available.
Qualifications
  • Current RN license and BLS certification
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • 2+ years of recent experience in ED, ICU, or ICU Stepdown
  • Experience caring for critically ill medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, and trauma patients
  • ACLS and NIHSS certifications required within 6 months of hire
  • Experience in multiple critical care settings preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate patient care in critical care units
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support patient safety, quality improvement, and best practices
