Developing specialized skills such as IV therapy or becoming certified in areas like critical care can also lead to higher-paying opportunities, especially in high-demand environments.

Are RN refresher courses worth it?

How to make $300,000 as a nurse?

Full Time RNs can earn $300,000 by working in high-paying specialties such as nurse anesthetist or nurse practitioner, often requiring advanced certifications and experience. Nurses re-entering the workforce through an RN refresher program often encounter challenges such as adapting to updated clinical protocols, new technology, and changes in healthcare regulations since their last practice. It can also be daunting to rebuild clinical confidence and adjust to fast-paced environments.
