Full Time – Medical Surgical Nurse – Houston, TX

About the Company:

Our client is looking for full time RNs to come join their team of nurses for their hospital in the World Class Texas Medical Center and other freestanding locations across Houston. Come join the #1 rated hospital in all of Houston!

About the Opportunity:

This RN position provides direct patient care effectively and efficiently which may include patients with varied and complex needs. This position communicates and collaborates with the physicians and interprofessional health care team to facilitate, coordinate and maintain compassionate, efficient, quality care and achievement of desired treatment outcomes.

Candidates are expected to be proficient with:

  • Clinical competence when providing care, using technology, administering medications, performing procedures and managing emergencies.
  • Ideal candidate has experience with ratios from 1:5 or 1:6

Required:

  • An active TX RN license or willingness to obtain one
  • At least one year of medical surgical experience
  • BSN
  • Current BLS and ACLS certs
