One of LSC’s senior living communities, Trinity Grove, is seeking full-time and part-time RNs. As an RN at Trinity Grove, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
  • Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
  • Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
  • Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications
