RNs - we are offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for all newly hired, full time RNs. Newly hired, full time RN must start on or before July 1, 2026 to qualify for this bonus - apply today!

Our shifts are 12 hour shifts - days - rotating weekends.

USD $36.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

  • Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
  • Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
  • Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed

  • Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
