Associate Sales Representative
Begin your career in medical device sales with a hands-on role supporting healthcare professionals and innovative technologies that help improve patient care. As an Associate Sales Representative, you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative(s) to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth. This field-based position provides exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development.

What You Will Do
  • Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.

  • Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.

  • Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.

  • Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.

  • Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.

  • Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.

  • Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.

  • Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.

  • Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.

  • Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Will preferably live in the central Houston market
