Job description

We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to work with our Rheumatology team at our practice near New Haven, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rheumatology and be able to provide comprehensive care to patients with rheumatic diseases.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Diagnosing and treating patients with rheumatic diseases
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Educating patients about their condition and treatment options
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients
