Job description

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park.
 
Position Highlights
  • REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 2 years of rheumatology-specific experience
  • Outpatient-only Rheumatology practice
  • Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians
  • Rheumatology experience preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)
  • Average volume: 1215 patients/day
  • Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
  • Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
  • Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting
Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)
  • Base Salary: $120,000 $130,000 (based on experience)
  • Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time
  • wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 $20,000+ annually
  • CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Malpractice Insurance
  • 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match (beginning year 2)
