Job Description

Pay Range: $24.42- 30.52/ hour

The Fit Pros at Chuze lead various exercise classes and activities designed to improve participants’ physical fitness and overall well-being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences, which makes our classes a top choice for Chuze members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants
  • Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class with prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirements
  • Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials after teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates
  • Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
  • Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular check-ins, training, and session evaluations
  • Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials
  • Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs
  • Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings
  • Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications
