Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that gather detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions through various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline specific goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary based on client progress.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients during acute episodes of distress or crisis.
