The position is fully remote, allowing our team members the flexibility to manage their work-life balance effectively. While primarily working from home, regular communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors are fostered through digital platforms to ensure consistency in care. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that gather detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions through various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline specific goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary based on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients during acute episodes of distress or crisis.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to encourage community support and shared learning among clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

The social worker will engage with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults dealing with various mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing support for individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the State of Connecticut.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them effectively in clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills with a client-centered focus.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or outpatient settings, ideally with exposure to a variety of treatment methodologies.
• Experience in crisis management and working within a team-based care model to facilitate coordinated treatment.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and electronic health record systems is advantageous.
