Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including their history, presenting concerns, and relevant social factors that inform treatment approaches.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses, ensuring that interventions align with the evidence-based practices suitable for each client.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored specifically to the unique challenges and goals of the client.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and support to ensure their safety and stabilization.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress assessments, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
